the room was spacious and furnished, in line with a stately home aesthetic. the grounds were well kept, allowing me to easily reach my daily step goal as i enjoyed the scenery. we felt welcomed. Checking in and checking out was easy.
my main issue was the shower, it was a shower over the bath and the shower curtain was not pleasant. it is my pet hate.

the location offered fine parkland views. our room had stylish décor and easily adjustable heating.. i found the a la carte menu available late very convenient. the swimming pool was a perfect temperature with ideal depth and a relaxing ambience.
the wait time for evening food felt a little long after we placed our order.
